The Costa Concordia, a luxury cruise ship, ran aground off the West coast of Italy on Friday the 13th of January. It was carrying thousands of passangers at the time of the incident. Eleven have been confirmed dead and dozens are still missing. Beyond the tragic human life toll, the cost to insurers is expected to be in the hundreds of millions.
