AXA SA has acquired a 15% stake in biw AG, a provider of securities brokerage and online banking services, from Aragon AG, an independent financial services company. Both biw and Aragon are based Germany.
Pursuant to the transaction, Aragon will retain a 47% stake in biw AG.
